As the Veterans of Foreign Wars, we felt it is important to remember and pay tribute this October in recognition of the 25th anniversary to the start of the Global War on Terror. Join us and Co-host Wiley X for an opening ceremony that pauses to reflect and honor service members, families, and the enduring impact of the past quarter-century. We have partnered with America’s Freedom Tribute for their GWOT and Voices of Valor Wall to be displayed on the Wiley X HQ campus in Frisco for the duration of the morning. We believe this program and the all-encompassing multi paneled wall will be different than a 9/11 remembrance but will highlight the often-overlooked commitment and sacrifices made by our warriors and families who were engaged for over 2 decades during this global conflict.
