Registration: To attend an event you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate information.
Payment timing: Customers are typically charged at the time of online registration (during checkout). Payments are processed by our third‑party payment processor(s) and may appear on your statement under the processor’s or our merchant name.
Pricing & Taxes: All fees are shown in the currency displayed on the registration page. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Substitution is allowed if you inform us in writing at least 10 business days before the event.
Refund eligibility follows the schedule published on our Refund Policy page (for example: full refund minus service fee $150 for cancellations made more than 90 days before the event; partial refund (50%) between 90–75 days; no refund within 75 days as accommodations gets booked, conference hall is booked, certifications and other conference material fees is paid). Certain items such as e-poster fees, Virtual Registrations, Video presentations and discounted registrations offered to any eminent profiles may be non‑refundable.
If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or alternative options as described in our Refund Policy.
