Street Stories: A Photo Walk Through Seattle with Sony
Join the Sony team for a guided street photography photowalk through Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood during Glazer’s Anniversary Sale. With its mix of modern architecture, reflections, public spaces, street activity, textures, and unexpected moments, the neighborhood offers plenty of opportunities to sharpen your eye and tell stronger visual stories.
Along the way, you’ll explore techniques for observing and anticipating moments, working with changing light, composing on the fly, and capturing authentic scenes without disrupting them. Look for leading lines, reflections, patterns, interesting juxtapositions, people interacting with their surroundings, and the small details that give a neighborhood its character.
Sony representative, Dan Hawk will also share tips for camera settings, autofocus, lens selection, and staying ready when a fleeting moment appears.
Whether you’re new to street photography or looking to push yourself creatively, this walk is all about slowing down, paying attention, and learning to see the streets a little differently.
