About this Event
You’ve worked hard all year. Has the business moved forward, or have you just kept it moving?
The diary is full. The team is busy. Yet the decisions, problems and unfinished jobs still find their way back to you.
You know you need time to think about the business. Somehow, running it always comes first.
Give yourself one day to change that.
Join Stephen O’Donnell from ActionCOACH Glasgow East at GrowthCLUB on Wednesday 9 December at Glasgow Science Centre, and build a clear, practical plan for your first 90 days of 2027.
What needs to change next year?
More sales mean little if the profit disappears. A bigger team brings little freedom if everyone still depends on you. And another ambitious target won’t help unless something changes in how you work.
During the day, you’ll step back and work through:
- Your numbers: Where are you making money, and where is your hard work failing to reach the bottom line?
- Your priorities: What are the few changes that would make the biggest difference?
- Your team: What needs to happen so progress depends less on you?
- Your plan: Who will do what, by when, over the next 90 days?
You’ll work on your own business, alongside other owners who understand the responsibility of leading one. Experienced advisers will be on hand to help you challenge your thinking and work through questions.
You’ll leave with a written 90-day plan, clear priorities and time already invested in deciding what comes next.
Bring someone who will help make it happen
Bring a key member of your team so you can build the plan together. Shared understanding on the day makes it easier to turn decisions into action when you return.
