Join longtime Glacier National Park enthusiast Eric Greene for a vivid, photo-rich exploration of this spectacular wilderness, where grizzly bears, moose and other wildlife thrive in a pristine natural setting. Drawing on 28 years of hiking and camping in the park, Eric shares memorable trail stories and insights into Glacier’s awe-inspiring mountains, abundant wildlife and famously unpredictable weather. The class also explores the region’s deep connections to the Native American tribes who have called this area home for thousands of years.
The class is $20 and will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, at KCC’s Fehsenfeld Center campus, located at 2950 West M-179 Highway just miles from downtown Hastings.
Instructor Eric Greene is a longtime hiker, marathon runner and writer who lived in Montana in the 1990s and now serves as KCC’s Vice President for Communications and Advancement.
