This is a restorative group Sound Bath designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through sound.
You’ll be invited to get comfortable while an immersive sound experience is created using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments. There’s nothing you need to do or achieve — simply arrive as you are and allow yourself the space to rest.
Space is limited and advance registration is required.
