Join us for a complimentary class with Dr. Payal Adhikari and Dr. Leanne Bensko for girls ages 9-12. We will discuss everything from body changes to hygiene, sleep, skincare, nutrition, safety, and periods in a casual and kid-friendly way! Patients are welcome to bring a friend.
