🍂 FALL & WINTER REFRESH | SIP & SWAP GIRLS NIGHT 🍂
Join us for our Fall & Winter Refresh Sip & Swap — a girls’ night of shopping each other’s closets, sharing some good food, and hanging out with women in our community while refreshing your wardrobe for the cooler months ahead! 🤎
Bring your gently used fall and winter favorites, plus a favorite snack, appetizer, dessert or non-alcoholic drink to share, then come ready to swap, snack and hang out!
Whether you’re cleaning out your closet, changing sizes, or simply LOVE a good find, this is the perfect excuse for a girls’ night out.

💕 WHO CAN ATTEND?
Girls Night is for women & girls ages 13+ only.
Teen girls ages 13–17 are welcome to attend, but must attend with a registered adult.
🚫 No children under 13 will be admitted to this event.
🎟 Every attendee, including teens, must have their own paid registration.
This is a Girls Night event, so please make childcare arrangements for younger children before attending. 🤎

🍂 This month’s theme is Fall & Winter Refresh, but ALL women’s clothing and items are welcome! While we’d love to see those sweaters, jackets, boots and cooler-weather finds, you are not limited to fall and winter pieces.
Bring women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories and other good-quality items you’re ready to pass along.
✨ Have something that doesn’t fit a category? Bring it! We’ll have our Random Items Table for those miscellaneous finds — home décor, beauty items, books, small household items and all those “someone else might love this” things.
🚫 Please do not bring: baby/kids clothing or items, men’s clothing or men’s items. This swap is for women’s items only.
Please bring items that are clean and in good to like-new condition.
No stains, excessive animal hair, rips, strong odors, broken items or missing pieces.
Our rule of thumb: If you wouldn’t give it to a friend, don’t bring it. 🤎
HOW DOES SIP & SWAP WORK?
This is NOT a traditional one-on-one swap!
You won’t find someone who wants your sweater and negotiate to trade it for her boots. 😂
Everyone contributes their items when they arrive. We organize everything by category and size so that when the swap begins, you shop the entire swap!
There is no dollar-for-dollar or item-for-item exchange.
Bring what you no longer use → add it to the swap → shop hundreds of new-to-you finds brought by other women in our community.
You MUST bring eligible items to participate. Purchasing a registration does not replace contributing items to the swap.
We simply ask everyone to participate fairly, be considerate of the other women shopping, and take items you’ll genuinely use. Items from Sip & Swap are for personal use and are not intended for resale.
AND BECAUSE IT’S GIRLS NIGHT...
The swapping is only part of it!
Bring a snack, appetizer, dessert or favorite drink to share with the group. We’ll have a space set up for food and drinks so you can grab a plate, meet some new people, catch up with familiar faces and hang out after you shop.
You definitely don’t have to know anyone before coming! Come by yourself, bring a friend, or bring your whole girl group. 🤎
Come for the swap. Stay for the girls’ night.
⏰ DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE AT 7 PM?
Nope! Doors open and swapping begins at 7:00 PM, but you’re welcome to arrive anytime between 7:00–8:30 PM.
We know Friday evenings can be busy, so come when you can! Last entry is at 8:30 PM, giving everyone at least 30 minutes to add their items, shop the swap and enjoy Girls Night. 🤎
The event ends at 9:00 PM.
REGISTRATION
🎟 $5 advance registration per participatant
🚪 $10 at the door
You must complete your registration and payment in advance to receive the $5 rate.
Your registration helps support the venue and the planning, communication, supplies, setup and detailed organization that goes into creating each Sip & Swap.

Registered attendees will receive additional information before the event with arrival instructions, where to enter, what to expect, last-minute reminders and everything you need to know before you arrive.
Then all you have to do is clean out that closet, grab something yummy to share and come ready for Girls Night. 🛍️🥂🤎
