Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your plans change and you can't make it, let a member of the GGS team know ASAP & advertise your ticket via the Ticket Resell Chat in our WhatsApp Community. Please note: exchanges unfortunately can't be 100% guaranteed, but we will be trying our very best to help you get it done!

If any conflict does arise at our event (which is very unlikely) we will kindly ask you to leave and tickets cannot berefunded.
