Join us for football-inspired activities and challenges, meet and connect with other women, and move your body in a fun, low-pressure environment. Build confidence, community, and have a blast laughing and encouraging each other!
You don’t need any football experience or athletic background—just come ready to participate at your own comfort level.
👕 Dress Code
Wear your favorite football team apparel, jersey, colors, or football-inspired fit. Come dressed to move and have fun.
