Open a mystery farm box, cook what's inside, and learn to eat seasonally — no recipe required. Think Chopped, without the sabotage.About this Event
Girl Scouts "Locavore" Senior Badge Class
We'll open a mystery farm box together, talk through what's inside, and let the ingredients lead the way. Along the way, we'll dig into why eating seasonally matters, how to source locally when you're in the city, and how to look at a pile of vegetables and see dinner. Think Chopped — but don't worry about a curveball.
The teaching kitchen is not accessible - there are four steps to get into the building, and another flight of stairs to reach the teaching space.
This class changes each session, please reach out to inquire about any dietary restrictions or allergies.
