Our upcoming benefit brunch will raise awareness and financial support for the critical services The Fourth Tri provides to women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.Through community, education, and resources, they help mothers feel seen, supported, and cared for during one of life's most transformative seasons.
About Fourth Tri
Fourth Tri was born from a simple but powerful realization: too many women are navigating one of the biggest transitions of their lives with far too little support.
The founders—a salon owner, a yoga studio owner, and a nurse anesthetist—saw firsthand what was happening after the baby arrived. Their clients, students, and patients were going home from the hospital and stepping into a season of exhaustion, isolation, and overwhelming change, often without the community or resources they needed.
So they created the place they wished had existed.
Fourth Tri is working to change the postpartum experience by creating spaces where parents can feel supported, connected, cared for, and reminded that they don't have to do it all alone. They're also working to make postpartum support accessible to more families by advocating for postpartum care as a standard insurance benefit and creating nonprofit pathways for underinsured parents.
This work is deeply personal. It's rooted in the belief that every parent deserves support during the fourth trimester—and that caring for the person who gave birth matters, too.
That's why we're proud to gather, connect, and give back in support of Fourth Tri.
