Headliner, Evan Carter, is a Canadian comedy legend. From performing at the opening of the 2015 Pam Am Games, to working with musical stars such as Gladys Knight, The Temptations, and the late Marvin Gaye. Evan has done it all during his over 40 years in the business, including numerous television and radio shows such as “George Stromboulopoulos Tonight,” CBC’s “Metro Morning”, “Fresh Air”, “Later the Same Day”, “LOL” and “The Debaters.” He’s also created half hour specials on CBC and The Comedy Network.
Vinny Vinelli is a comedian, writer, actor and producer. The Second City alumni has performed throughout North America from famed comedy clubs like Flappers (Los Angeles) to Gotham Comedy Club (New York City). And performed at several comedy festivals, receiving accolades such as being Voted Best of Show (Toronto, 2024), co-headlining FunnyFest (Calgary, 2024) and co-headlining the very successful United Colours of Comedy Tour in 2025.
Vinny has also starred in two series on MinddogTV (New York City) called Stars, Stripes and Maple Leaves as well as the popular Proud to be Italian series, and has co-hosted the Los Angeles-based Comedy Road podcast.
Your host, Michael Friedman, is an Absolute Comedy performer. He delivers a sharp mix of self-deprecation, sarcasm, and offbeat observations. Michael turns life’s quirks into punchlines, offering a wonderfully weird perspective on everyday experiences with humor that’s as relatable.
