Giant Gourmet Macaron Making Class in Maidstone, Kent

You’ll be guided step by step through mixing, piping and baking macaron shells using the Italian method, before filling and decorating with generous ganache, buttercream and fresh fruit.

This relaxed, hands-on class focuses on building confidence while creating impressive dessert-style macarons, including giant macarons and macalongs.

No previous experience needed. You’ll take home your handmade macarons, a detailed recipe guide and plenty of tips to help you recreate them at home.

Please note: almonds (nuts) are used in this class.

Throughout this one day workshop at Bluebell Kitchen, you’ll:

• Mix, pipe and bake different sizes and styles of macaron shells, including giant macarons and macalongs
• Create delicious ganache and buttercream fillings in a variety of flavours and colours
• Learn storage, freezing, and make-ahead tips
