A relaxed social event for single people aged 25-45 (or within 3 years of the age range) in Shropshire!About this Event
We’re bringing together 20–30 single men and 20–30 single women aged 25–45 for a relaxed evening of games, chatting and meeting new people.
What can you expect?
FUN. Lots of it!
We’ll have around 12–15 giant games, including Connect 4, Tin Can Alley, Hoopla Ducks, Pitch & Putt and Giant Dominoes.
You’ll start in small mixed groups, with around 3–4 men and 3–4 women in each group. You’ll play a game together, have time to chat and get to know each other, then it’s time to move!
After each game, the ladies move clockwise to the next group and the men move anticlockwise.
This means that throughout the evening, every man will get the chance to meet every woman, and every woman will meet every man, without the pressure or formality of traditional speed dating.
At different points during the evening, we’ll mix everyone up again into new groups of around 4–8 people for a few fun, interactive challenges and team activities.
These are designed to get you talking and working together, so you get to see a little more of someone’s personality than you might from a quick conversation alone.
And don’t worry, you won’t need any special skills or knowledge. They’re just there to make meeting people feel easier and more natural.
You’ll also have a match card with you throughout the evening. If you meet someone you’d like to see again, simply write their name down.
At the end of the night, hand your card back to us. If you’ve both written each other’s names down, it’s a match! 💘
We’ll send you each other’s contact details the following day, and what happens next is entirely up to you.
I am only selling 30 men's tickets and 30 ladies' tickets - these singles events usually sell out, so don't overthink it.
A lot of people come along not knowing anyone and make friends; some people find love...everyone has fun - it's a social event. There is no pressure to find love if you are not looking for that; come along and spend time with some incredible single people!
