Studio Theatre Worcester proudly presents Ghostlight on the Fifth, a new play by Carlos Fruzzetti. Join us for a special, one-night-only staged reading on November 15th at 6:00pm at the WCUW Radio Front Room. Tickets are live and will go FAST, so reserve your seats today! 💡 It’s midnight on the fifth of April in a rehearsal space they call Delirium. Ghostlight is a young, ambitious rock band that’s taken residence here. Tonight, they’re on the verge of collapse. One of them is leaving. One of them is spiraling. One can’t play his guitar anymore. Through the night, the space oscillates back and forth between the murmurings, melodies, and memories of this haunted band as they attempt to overcome their struggles. When the sun rises, we’re left to wonder what is real, what is memory, what is neither masked as both, and what’s the difference?
👻 As part of our First Stages initiative, Ghostlight on the Fifth has received focused developmental support, which culminates with this public-facing staged reading, directed by Jada Lawyer. Following the performance, there will be a 30-minute feedback session moderated by our Producer and Dramaturg, Amanda Tafeen.
