In “The Wendigo” a lonely hunting party in far flung pine forests hear the terrible call of the wild. Something walks amongst the towering trees, and upon the wind itself. And in “The Elder Son” a father tries to carve the perfect Christmas gift from a broken tree. A gift he bitterly regrets as soon as it is made.
