In the gaslit shadows of 1865 London, Henry Webster joins the notorious London Ghost Club, hoping to meet — and be inspired by — the revered Charles Dickens.Instead, he meets Edward Price and is drawn into investigating a haunting at an East End lodging house. There the ghosts of two young children wander at night in search of light and safety… while fearing what waits for them in the darkness.
But why would a ghost be afraid of the dark?
What Henry discovers is a haunting like no other. As he is drawn deeper into the mystery, it becomes clear that the children are not the only unearthly presence in the building — and that the living have dark secrets of their own.
Inspired by the classic ghost stories of M.R. James and Charles Dickens, Ghost Light draws its audience into a deeply atmospheric world that lingers long after the final curtain.
