In this taster classes series, Marion Goldstraw runs short, in-person workshops, designed to give you space to pause, reflect, and uncover insights you can use straight away.

Whether you want to better understand your needs, or explore what freedom means to you, you’ll leave with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and the confidence to take your next step.

💰 Cost: £20 - or 'Pay What You Can', minimum contribution is £10

Through guided writing, discussion, and practical exercises, you will:

Increase your self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Leave with a plan for honouring your needs in daily life
