Join us for two days of bringing meditative awareness to what it is like to be human, together. And let's practice showing up in integrity with what's most true for us, moment to moment.
We (Tom and Alby) have invited Peter Munthe-Kaas to join us from Sweden, bringing his mastery and 10+ years of experience in the Relating Arts to Aarhus.
As we practice together, let's get curious about the stories we tell ourselves about how things should be.
Let's explore which kind of magic becomes possible when we let life surprise us, instead of following a book of rules we never wrote.
Come explore how to get out of our own ways!

The weekend is based on the practices of Surrendered Leadership Circling and Relatefulness Flow. Through these practices we get to discover what is actually happening in and between us, and can experiment with how to show up in more integrity with our own truth.
This practice is a mix of mindfulness and relating, where we pay closer attention to what happens moment to moment, but instead of keeping it on the cushion, we practice showing up in the world with this keener attention, in connection with others.
As leaders, we'll model the practices and this way of being. You'll get to immerse yourself in it, together with us and the rest of the group.
We'll be focusing on getting out of our own way. On the ways we put ourselves and our stories on top of how we actually want to show up, and of who we actually are.
Check out this video we made where we talk with Peter about the themes of the event:

If this is the first time it is likely that you will discover a new way of participating in life. Or re-discover a way of relating with yourself and others that you forgot you knew, and learn how to bring it back to your life.
You'll most likely need some support in the beginning, but with patience, curiosity and trust, you will start getting in touch with new ways of being yourself. Even if it's not fully clear what is happening. (This sense never goes away btw, but it's a great feeling.)
You'll be supported to practice how to welcome more of yourself in the world. How to participate more in life, how to welcome more of your emotional experience, how to show up more as you long for and how to recognize and acknowledge more of your wants, needs and boundaries.
For me this is an inter-personal development practice. Where you don't just develop yourself on your own but instead, together with others.
If you wanna hear more about benefits you can reach out to me (Tomás Damesón on messenger) and tell me what is tricking you out in your relational life. Not just about your relationships with others, but also with yourself.

Peter Munthe-Kaas is coming from Sweden. He's got 10+ years of committed practice in Circling & Surrendered Leadership and various other relating practices. And on top of being a master in this practice, he is such a kind and lovely human being. One of his latest projects is Relating Arts: A website where you can find and learn about many of the practices that help us relate more truthfully and lovingly.
Alberte (Alby) is a shining star of love. Sharp, committed to love, playful and getting a symbolic Ph.D. on boundaries. Growing up learning that the way she needs to be in the world is being quiet and easy to be with, she has been shedding layers upon layers of this conditioning and accessing more and more of who she actually is: her deep aliveness, power and capacity to hold herself and others in love. She's certified by one of the big schools of circling - Transformational Connection, and has practiced and led for the last 2.5 years.
Tomás is a springy ball of playfulness and love. Attentive, wondrous and committed. He's completely dedicated to spread and hone the Relating Arts to Aarhus and the world. He is most likely the person that will cry the most in the room, out of love. He has been practicing, leading and mapping this practice relentlessly for the last 2.5 years.
