Join this workshop to empower yourself with knowledge, practical skills, and the confidence to initiate and sustain breastfeeding successfully!

- The benefits of breastfeeding for both parent and infant.
- Common breastfeeding positions and techniques for a proper latch.
- Feeding cues and signs of effective milk transfer.
- When and how to seek additional breastfeeding support.
- How to understand milk supply, pumping basics, and safe milk storage.
