If you have an idea or project you want to make happen, join this taster session to help individuals (or groups) get business ideas out of their heads and down on paper.
In this hands-on workshop, we will provide you with the ultimate tool, the Business Model Canvas, for exploring your business idea. It allows users to explore new products and services starting small, whilst providing the necessary practical tools to grow.
The tool is part of a wider revolution called Lean Startup, which allows you to develop ideas quickly, build something that can then be tested on real people so that you see if the idea has got potential before investing loads of money.
