More and more people ask Google or AI tools like ChatGPT who to call, where to eat or what's on this weekend. If your details are wrong or missing, they go somewhere else.In this hands-on session you'll fix your Google Business Profile, set up a simple way to get more reviews, and check what AI tools are saying about you.
The session will be led by Jess MacDonald from Higher Digital, who brings more than 17 years of marketing experience across the tourism, hospitality, wine and real estate industries. Jess will share practical, real-world advice to help make sure your business or organisation is showing up where people are actually looking.
For: Business owners, and committees running a venue, club or event.
Cost: Just $35 per person, with light snacks and supper/tea & coffee provided to keep you fuelled along the way!
You'll leave with: An updated Google profile, a review request message ready to send, and a short action list.
Experience: Beginner. Comfortable using a web browser.
Bring: A laptop and charger, the Google account login that manages your Business Profile, your address, hours and services, and 2 to 3 photos.
The session will run for 2.5 hours total, however we will have a short break in the middle of the session.
