Our most popular class is back just in time for the holidays! If you own a Yoder Smokers pellet grill and want to learn how to make even better food on it, this class is for you. In our demonstration-forward and interactive Get to Know Your Grill: YS640s Fundamentals class, you’ll see foundational cooking styles in action—oven-style roasting for holiday turkey, low and slow smoking for things like brisket, and over-the-flame grilling for seared steaks and more. We’ll also cover how to set up the Fireboard app to track and manage your cooks from your phone. Armed with these bedrock skills, you’ll be ready to turn out fantastic dishes cooked all across this wide cooking spectrum.
Don't own a YS640s? This class is great for YS480s and YS1500s owners, too. Or those who are simply Yoder-curious.
The class will be hosted on the ATBBQ patio by our in-house cooking and product pros on Thursday, November 5th, 2026 from 5pm-7pm. The event is free to attend, but tickets are limited. There will be refreshing beverages in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. There will also be time to ask questions, so if you have questions or hair-brained ideas for cooking on your Yoder, this is the best sounding board you’ll find.
