About this Event
Do past customers come back and send their friends? January is the time to plan for spring, tourist season and the Rally, and this small-group working session gets the plan written and the first pieces done.
What you'll do
- Combine and clean your customer list, and find your best, recent and lapsed customers
- Build a 90-day marketing plan around Black Hills seasons
- Write a month of social and Google posts, and send or schedule your first customer email
- Refresh a business card, flyer or brochure, and create a simple referral offer
You'll leave with a 90-day plan, a month of posts, a first email out the door, a print-ready piece and a monthly scorecard that tracks what's working.
Who it's for: Black Hills business owners and managers. No tech background needed. Parts 1 and 2 help but aren't required.
Bring a charged laptop and a customer list export if you have one. You'll get a short setup list a week before.
Includes a prompt card, a take-home kit and a 30-minute follow-up call with Mandy. Only 6 seats, in BrewBerry Bistro's private conference room in the MassaBerry Building.
Part 3 of 3 in Get More Customers with AI: Get Found and Trusted (Nov 7), Get Chosen (Dec 5) and Get Remembered (Jan 9). Series pass holders: use the code we emailed you to claim your seat.
Hosted by Mandy Froelich, Black Hills Business and Financial Services (bhbfs.com).
