About this Event
In partnership with Bow Valley College and Skills for Change, a google.org funded organization, we're excited to help Greater Calgary youth aged 18-24 with a high school diploma adopt AI in the workplace. While individuals aged 25 and older are welcome to participate, priority registration and honorarium eligibility will be given to participants aged 18-24.
Location:
Attendees can expect to:
- Learn practical AI skills for the workplace and position themselves as valued candidates for organizations.
- Work in teams to develop and present an AI-powered solution to a real organizational case study, gaining hands-on experience solving real-world industry challenges.
- Receive a certificate of completion.
Additional Details:
- Participants aged 18-24 with a high school diploma who attend the full-day bootcamp and successfully complete all requirements will receive a $100 honorarium in recognition of their time, commitment, and engagement.*
- Participants will need to provide their own laptop.
- Free lunch will be provided.
- Public transportation support is available. Additional details will be shared at a later date.
