About this Event
This workshop is an invitation to slow down at the end of the year and think about what you want to carry into the next one. Using collage and journalling prompts as your guide, you'll create personal vision cards exploring body, mind, emotion and spirit.
For each area, you'll reflect on how you want to feel and what you'd like to experience. The journalling prompts will help you distill your thoughts before you bring them to life as a collage card, a visual anchor you can return to throughout the year ahead.
In this workshop you'll:
- Reflect on key areas of your life using guided journalling prompts
- Create personal collage cards to hold your intentions visually
- Leave with a set of vision cards to keep and return to
