5:45 PM – Pre-festival “tent service” for festival workers, early arrivers, and the general public
6:00 PM – Bürgermeister taps the keg with the “first pour” 🍺
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Biergarten Open! (Food, brews & music all night)
6:30 PM – Alpenland Tänzer Dancers perform into the evening

Bratwurst & hotdogs
Sauerkraut
Frikadellen
Geman Potato Salad
Pretzels
German desserts
Imported German brews, German wine, water, soda, and more

12:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Kinderland Open!
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Hand-crafted vendor booths open! 🛍️
2:15 PM – Austrian Boys Band takes the stage
3:00 PM – Steinholding Competition 🍺
(U.S. Steinholding Association Sanctioned Competition – Winners advance to the Connecticut State Steinholding Championship in October!)
