About Your Instructor: Carla Sandles is a yoga instructor of six years and mother of three. Carla loves teaching gentle yoga and being part of the holistic and wellness community of metro Detroit.
She regularly teaches at GVST Wellness, where true health is about more than just the physical—it’s a blend of body, mind, and spirit. Located in the heart of St. Clair Shores, the GVST Wellness center offers a wide variety of yoga and fitness classes, transformative workshops, and holistic services designed to support your personal wellness journey.
