This summer you can join Sunni at the Flower Farm Denstroude for a Sunday evening full of rest and recalibration. Each session will begin with a gentle yoga practice, suited to all levels. Focusing on easing tension, creating space and inducing a deep sense of calm in both body and mind.
Sunni will then lead you through a multi-instrumental sound bath, providing you with a space to rest, settle and drop into a held state of relaxation.
These evenings are an invitation to find some softness in the season that can be full on and heavy with expectation, they are permission to pause, surrender and enjoy the energy of summer with a tenderness that can often be forgotten.
Please bring along a yoga mat and blanket and you may wish to bring a pillow / anything else that will provide you with comfort.
