Gentle Yin is a soft, grounding practice designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll hold supportive floor-based poses for longer periods of time, allowing the body to gently open while the mind settles.
This is not about perfection.
This is not about performance.
This is about presence.
Expect:

• Deep hip and lower back release
• Breathwork to calm the nervous system
