What is Xtreme HD (HIIT Dance)?
Xtreme HD is a high-intensity dance workout that combines cardio, body-weight movements, and dance to help you burn calories, build endurance, and keep your body moving — all while vibing to great music. No complicated choreography, no pressure to be perfect… just movement, sweat, and fun.
