Hands & Earth Workshop Series - Nature Journal

Turn discarded copier paper into a one-of-a-kind nature journal using simple materials like sticks and rubber bands. This hands-on activity reuses everyday scraps to create a fun, functional journal perfect for outdoor observations and creativity. Document what you see, draw what inspires you, and record what you hear and smell as the garden comes to life. You can also bring in your old calendars or old paper to turn into a new journal.

We will have paper, scissors, sticks, and rubber bands. Staff will be available to help you create your own nature journal and give you ideas of where to get started with journaling and drawing in our urban food forest at the Innovation Barn.

This is a drop in event, come by between 1-3pm to participate. Registration is required in advance. Supplies included.
