We are bringing back our special event, at a very special location, for everyone who needs to relieve stress.Live music played by the incredibly talented Zac Perry will create the chill vibes for thoughtful yoga-inspired movement and guided relaxation provided by Angela.
Everyone is welcome.
No experience is necessary.
A yoga mat and a blanket will be required.
Our location is the beautiful St. Matthew's Church on Benton Street in Kitchener.
