Join Us for Gentle Beach Yoga!
Military members face demanding responsibilities, frequent deployments, and constant uncertainty. Their families navigate long separations, frequent moves, and unpredictable schedules. Veterans may also continue to manage physical or mental health challenges connected to their service.
Panacea, Behavioral Health and Wellness, offers this free, 60-minute all‑levels yoga class as a supportive space for those connected to military life to unwind, reconnect, and breathe.
Experience gentle beach yoga designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself by the water. With soft sand beneath you and the ocean breeze around you, this practice encourages ease, mindful movement, and a sense of calm that carries into the rest of your day. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply craving a peaceful reset, this class offers a grounding space to unwind, stretch, and restore. Come as you are and the shoreline will meet you exactly where you’re at.
Weather permitting, we will email all attendees by 8 pm the evening before the event if there is a cancellation due to weather.
