About this Event
Join North Group consultants, Josh Keefer and Nikki Shingle, to explore how generative board governance helps nonprofits and their communities reach their highest potential.
Beyond fiduciary oversight and strategic planning, generative governance invites boards to explore emerging patterns and engage in the conversations that shape what comes next.
Attendees of this session will move from an abstract to a concrete understanding of generative board governance. Executive Directors and Board Chairs will have the opportunity to hear practical examples and discover together how to apply the session learnings to their current governance practices.
This session is designed for Executive Directors and Board Chairs to attend together, so priority will be given to registrants who sign up as a pair. Each registration must include both your Executive Director AND your Board Chair.
Seats for this presentation are limited, so register your pair by October 22 to secure your spots.
Light breakfast will be provided from 8-8:15 am.
