In advance of the November 3rd general election, the Kokomo Tribune, League of Women Voters of the Howard County Area, and the Greater Kokomo Chamber of Commerce will host a candidate forum. The forum will begin at 6 p.m. In Hingst Hall and will be followed by a reception for candidates in all races, opposed and unopposed. Featured races are: State Senator District 21, State Representative District 30, State Representative District 38, County Commissioner District 1, and County Clerk. This event is free and open to the public.
