Do you want to improve your Dutch and do you enjoy singing? Then you’ve come to the right place!
Every month, together with two musicians and a set list full of Dutch-language classics, we head to a different community centre in Brussels. There, we practise Dutch together – whilst singing!
Through Dutch-language songs, you’ll get to know the language better in a fun and accessible way. At the same time, you’ll discover more about Belgian culture and meet new people. Three birds with one stone!
And don’t worry: you don’t have to be Ann Christy or Clouseau. Fun and enthusiasm are what matter most. You don’t need to be a talented singer
As we do every year, we’ll round off the season with a spectacular finale at the AB Club!
We’ll provide a pianist, a lead singer, the song lyrics and a free drink. Everyone’s welcome and the sessions are free. Registration is compulsory, though.
Take a look at our schedule and find out when we’ll be singing near you. Want to warm up your vocal cords in advance? Check out this season’s setlist here!
In collaboration with the Taalunie, Theater van A tot Z and the Flemish Community Commission (VGC).
