Gelato Making Class

Join us for a fun Gelato Making Class at Hila Gelato Caffè! Hila grew up in Sicily where she learned the art of cooking from scratch, and learned from the best chefs how to make gelato, cakes, and desserts. She will teach you the secrets of selecting the best ingredients, prepare them, measure and mix them for the perfect gelato.

In this in-person event you will:

• make 3-4 flavors of gelato
• learn the differences between artisanal and industrial gelato, gelato and ice cream
• bring home some recipes that you can try yourself
• taste the gelato that we will make together
• bring home a surprise gelato making bag and lots of smiles!
