Once a month, Nashville's tech and creative community grabs breakfast and talks about whatever's on their mind. No slides, no pitches.About this Event
The first Geek Breakfast was held in December 2007 in Nashville, TN — a simple idea that stuck: once a month, technology-minded people meet up over coffee and breakfast, push a few tables together, and talk about whatever's on their mind. It started with Web 2.0, blogging, podcasting, social media, programming, design, startups — no agenda, no slide decks, just conversation.
Nearly two decades later, the format hasn't changed. It still doesn't need to.
Three Rules of Geek Breakfast.
- Attendance is always free. Just cover your own food and drink and leave a great tip.
- It's community-first. No sales pitches, no sponsors, no formal program. Just great people who want to talk shop.
- Sign up, show up. Life happens, but signing up and not showing up is lame.
