Building Trust in the Modern Repair ProcessJoin the Georgia Collision Industry Association for our December Quarterly Meeting featuring Michael Giarrizzo, President of DCR Systems LLC, for a conversation about transparency, documentation and trust in today’s increasingly complex collision repair environment.
Modern vehicles are packed with advanced technology and safety systems. As repair complexity grows, so does the importance of being able to clearly document what was repaired, how it was repaired and whether critical procedures were properly completed.
Michael will introduce Collision Clarity, a solution designed to bring greater transparency, precision and confidence to the repair process.
We’ll explore:
• Collision Clarity and the future of repair documentation
• Connecting collision repair and ADAS calibration
• Improving transparency and accountability throughout the repair process
• Building trust among repairers, consumers, insurers and manufacturers
