LLF Thursday is a popular wkly GBNEMBA grp ride on modestly technical trails with lots of rocks and roots, mostly flowy singletrack. Practically all tech features have a B line. We use 2nd Rider Drop to keep things moving but will stop to regrp occasionally. Ride pace will have variations. Overtime you will learn the style/pace of each ride guide. Work your way up in speed over time and start on a slower paced ride than your instinct for your 1st group ride. Open to NEMBA members & non-members.
