GATHERING OF SOULS: LIVE & IN PERSONA monthly circle for the things we were never meant to carry alone.
Gathering of Souls is an in-person group healing for people ready to meet themselves honestly, in the company of others doing the same.
Each gathering centers on a different part of being human: grief, forgiveness, belonging, release, renewal, the stories held in the body, and the moments when life asks us to become someone new.
We will not rush to fix what hurts or ask anyone to perform being healed. We begin by arriving in the room and finding our ground. From there, the evening may include guided reflection, body awareness, quiet writing, shared conversation, meditation, or simple ritual connected to the month’s theme.
You choose how you participate. You may speak, listen, write, or remain quiet. Nothing needs to be explained before you are ready. There is no pedestal in this room and no guru at the centre of it. You remain the authority over your own experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• A 90-minute, in-person circle that is guided;
• A different theme or inquiry each month;
• A clear opening and closing so the work has a container;
• Time for reflection, embodied practice, and honest conversation;
• A small group where each person’s pace and privacy are respected, spaces are limited.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Gathering of Souls is for adults who carry something they are ready to meet more honestly. You may be moving through grief, change, resentment, shame, uncertainty, or a part of your life that no longer fits.
No previous experience with meditation, healing work, or spiritual practice is required. You do not need to arrive with the right words. Come as you are.
WHAT TO BRING
• Comfortable clothing
• Water
• A journal and pen
• Anything you need to sit comfortably
• A willingness to be present without forcing an outcome
Please respect the privacy of everyone who enters the circle. What another person shares is their story to carry beyond the room, not ours.
Gathering of Souls is a guided spiritual and reflective circle. It is not group therapy and does not replace medical, psychological, or crisis care.

This is not a promise. It is where the work points.
When people stop performing and sit honestly together, a room can become more than a room. What has been carried alone can finally touch ground. The weight may still be real when we leave, but more of the person carrying it may be available to live.
