Gathering Daylight is all about contrast: glowing highlights against deep blacks, silhouettes, reflections, eclipses, dawn breaking, neon in the night, chiaroscuro, shadow play, luminescence, and everything in between.Artists are encouraged to create works that play with illumination—how light reveals, how darkness conceals, and how the two together create mood, mystery, and meaning. Whether your piece is dramatic, subtle, abstract, or representational, if it uses light and dark as part of the story, it belongs here.
Photography, painting, digital art, sculpture, mixed media—any medium can shine.
