Mark your calendar for Sunday, November 1st, and join us at Southall Inn and Resort for a night that’s all about community, local flavor, and making an impact alongside the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation. Your presence supports vital research for head and neck cancer, funded by CARES. Come for the flavors, stay for stories with Scott Hamilton, and help us move breakthrough research forward!Doors open at 5pm CST, where your evening begins with hands-on appetizers. At the Honey Carving Station, meet Southall’s resident beekeeper, learn firsthand about the art of beekeeping, and taste honey straight from the comb! Next, get creative with the playful Food Fable Station, where interactive bites bring storytelling to life.
Dinner follows at 6pm CST: a generous, farm-style meal built around the season’s freshest local ingredients and expertly paired wines. All of this unfolds against the backdrop of Southall’s stunning countryside.
