The Well Collective is a faith-based community by Joia Skin created for women building, leading, serving, and growing within the beauty industry.
Because building something of your own can be beautiful — but it can also feel incredibly lonely.
The Well was created to change that.
On Sunday, November 8, we're gathering for the very first time in Winter Park for an intentional afternoon centered around faith, entrepreneurship, honest conversation, meaningful connection, and resources to help you build well.
This isn't another networking event.
You don't need an elevator pitch. You don't need thousands of followers. You don't need to have your business completely figured out.
You just need to come ready.
We'll begin with drinks, light bites and time to genuinely connect with other women in the industry.
Our founder, Ericka Lamourt, will share her testimony, the story behind The Well, and why she felt called to create a space where women in beauty don't have to build alone.
From there, we'll hear briefly from our curated Resource Partners, followed by an intimate panel conversation centered around the things we don't talk about enough — faith, business, growth, leadership, money, setbacks, identity, difficult seasons and what it actually takes to build something meaningful.

And then we'll make room to simply connect.
