Gather & Glow! Serving Sundays Summer Residency
Serving Sundays is a community for the "wellness curious" -- connecting to practices that foster growth, joy, authenticity, mindfulness, and meaningful connections that benefit overall well-being. We like celebrating each other exactly as we are while supporting and encouraging our personal development.
Sunday gatherings feature some combination of all things that will make you feel good: calming techniques, movement, workshops, guided conversations, journaling prompts & more. Our programming aims to strike the fine balance between safety and mystery... where our community can expect a unique experience each and every time with elements of familiarity.

Serving Sundays and Temple have joined forces to bring you the third and final installment of our 3-part Summer Residency. We intend to leave you feeling refreshed and connected through the power of community:

What to Expect [July 21st]
- Get Grounded: Group Drop-in Meditation in the Immersive Experience
- Reflect & Connect: Journal Prompts & Guided Conversations
- Inner Glow Flow & Mini Sound Healing: Yoga flow into a mini sound healing meditation
- Celebrate: Rooftop Social Mixer with Functional Mocktails, Tea, & Vibey music

- In the past we have offered Cold Plunges, B12 injections, Snack Partners, and more!
Things to Keep in Mind and Bring:
- Journal: Bring your Serving Sundays journal to collect a new sticker (for repeat members) or your favorite journal you own (for first-timers)! Fun stickers will be available for all
- Neutral Toned Activewear & Layers: We recommend (but don't require) -- this helps facilitate our classic, calming environment (black, brown, tan, cream, grey, light blue etc..); wear layers for the rooftop
- Cold Plunge Attire: If you are going to participate in the cold plunge, we recommend a swim suit or something you feel comfortable plunging in
- We are not able to offer refunds or ticket transfers at this time
About our experiences:
First and formost, we are a wellness community focused on cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves, each other, and our life as a result.
We host both public and private Wellness Crawls (2-3 hours), day retreats (4-6 hours), and mini gatherings (1-2 hours) centred around a common theme, that include a mix of 2-5 mindfulness modalities where no one gathering is the same.
Our founder, Karrie Larson, is a former NBA dancer who works in mental health tech and believes wholeheartedly that her self love and compassion journey is the reason she has "found her life with fulfillment" and wants others to feel encouraged and excited to do the same. She's on a mission to help the world feel and find their spark and mix personal growth & development with play adult joy & play.
Since starting up in March of 2022, we have supported 750+ people in San Francisco & have sold out 85% of our experiences. Trust us, we're just getting started, and would love for you to join in on the fun.
