For this months community food prepping social we’ll be making chicago style Gardiniera, a delicious spicy, savory vegetable relish, most notably used on the famous chicago, hot Italian beef sandwich. Attendees are asked to bring a sharp knife and cutting board as well as quart size mason jar to take some of this delicious creation home. As always, this event is family friendly and you are welcome to bring whatever beverages you wish to enjoy. We will also have the scooter Disco going on again upstairs in the grand hall for the kids.
