Join us inside TILT Institute for the Contemporary Image in Philadelphia for a guided Art & Mindfulness experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and shift the way you experience the exhibition.

Art & Mindfulness blends breathwork, gentle movement, and intentional observation to help you connect with artwork—and yourself—in a more meaningful way.
Part of the Gardens & Galleries series—a citywide collection of art & mindfulness experiences hosted in galleries and garden spaces throughout Philadelphia.
Each experience is designed to bring mindfulness into real environments—helping you move from practicing mindfulness to applying it in real time.
🌿 ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Through breathwork, gentle movement, immersive sound, and intentional reflection, you’ll be guided through a calming and thoughtfully curated experience inside the gallery.
You’ll have the opportunity to observe artwork both before and after the guided mindfulness portion—allowing you to notice how your perception shifts in real time.
This is an intentionally intimate experience designed to create space for presence, awareness, and deeper connection.
