These sessions are dedicated for people of colour and global majority people only, who are City of Manchester residents.

The Experience
You’ll be part of a small group, guided by an experienced facilitator from Sow the City in a hands-on, relaxed garden environment. Many sessions will include crafts to take home. You do not need any gardening experience to join us.
The first session will include a tour of the community garden and a gentle wellbeing walk in Debdale Park.
Location: Debdale Community Garden, Debdale Park, Hyde Road, Gorton, Manchester, M18 7LJ.
By car: Set your sat nav to M18 7LJ, which brings you to the Hyde Road side of the park where there is a small car park next to the Debdale Outdoor Centre.
By bus: Several routes run along Hyde Road and stop near the park.
By bike or on foot: The Fallowfield Loop, the old railway path, runs along the edge of the park and is a good traffic-free way in.
